Watch: Cook County gun ban plaintiffs petition SCOTUS; Pritzker hasn’t heard from White House
(The Center Square) – In today’s edition of Illinois in Focus Daily, The Center Square Editor Greg Bishop gets to the latest in gun ban litigation with plaintiffs challenging Cook County’s ban asking the U.S. Supreme Court to take the case. Bishop also shares the continued back and forth between President Donald Trump and Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker about how to address public safety and whether the governor will call the president to send the guard or if the president will send troops to Chicago unilaterally.
